<ul data-eligibleForWebStory="false"><li>Lodha Developers is aiming for a six-fold jump in annual rental income by 2030-31 to reach Rs 1,500 crore, covering almost the entire interest and salary costs of the company.</li><li>The company is expanding its commercial real estate business by constructing office complexes, retail projects, and industrial and warehousing parks, as well as venturing into facilities management.</li><li>The current commercial portfolio of Lodha Developers spans 8.4 million square feet, with plans to increase commercial portfolio size to achieve the targeted annuity income of Rs 1,500 crore by FY31.</li><li>The company's net profit increased to Rs 2,764.3 crore in 2024-25 from Rs 1,549.1 crore in the previous year, with total income growing to Rs 14,169.8 crore in the last fiscal year.</li></ul>
