<ul data-eligibleForWebStory="false"><li>Prestige Group has received approval to build a 1.5-km long private flyover in Bengaluru's Bellandur area to connect its new tech park to the Outer Ring Road.</li><li>The flyover, fully funded by Prestige Group, aims to reduce traffic congestion in the area and improve access to the upcoming tech park hosting over 5,000 employees.</li><li>The project includes widening Kariyammana Agrahara Road using Prestige's resources and constructing a 40-foot-wide connector road to reduce travel time to Sakra Hospital Road by 2.5 km.</li><li>The approval for the flyover project was granted in April 2025 after discussions with Karnataka's Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar, and Prestige Group will also launch 25 residential projects this year.</li></ul>
