<ul data-eligibleForWebStory="false"><li>JSE-listed cigarette manufacturer British American Tobacco (BAT) announces changes to its management board.</li><li>Michael Dijanosic, current regional director of Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa (Apmea), will step down from his role and the management board on 31 December 2025.</li><li>Pascale Meulemeester will join BAT on 1 September 2025 as regional director designate of Apmea, and from 1 January 2026, he will officially become the regional director of Apmea and a member of the management board.</li><li>BAT CEO Tadeu Marroco expresses gratitude to Dijanosic and welcomes Meulemeester, expecting the new appointment to bring external insight to the Apmea region.</li></ul>
