The first step in tracking your lost smartphone using the Sanchar Saathi portal is to visit the portal website and click on the “Register Here” button.

You’ll need to enter details such as your name, mobile number, IMEI details, deviceβs brand, model, and also upload the purchase invoice of your phone.
Step 2
Provide details of where you lost your smartphone, including the city, district, state, and date. Also, enter details about the police station where you filed a complaint.

You’ll receive an OTP on your mobile number. Enter this OTP and verify it to proceed with creating your account on the portal.

If you recover your phone, you can unblock it by visiting the portal, entering the request ID, mobile number, reason for unblocking, OTP, and start using the device again.
