Columbus Circle has introduced the 16-bit Compact HD game console, allowing users to play Super Famicom and SNES games in 720p resolution.
The console supports cartridges from both Japanese Super Famicom and Western SNES, with options to switch between aspect ratios and NTSC/PAL modes.
The package includes the console, two controllers, an AC adapter, an HDMI cable, and an AV cable set, offering different pixel outputs based on the cable choice.
The 16-bit Compact HD console, priced at ¥12,980 (~$88.75), is set for release on August 28, 2025, with pre-orders available on Amazon Japan and international shipping support.
