Data miners have discovered two new features for Apple Maps in iOS 26 beta 3, which have not been officially announced by Apple.
One new feature is a natural-language search function that allows users to search for places using conversational queries like 'Best coffee shops with free wi-fi.'
Another feature indicates that Apple Maps will no longer keep the screen on when an iPhone is overheating to allow the device to cool down, potentially preventing damage.
While these features are found in the beta version, there is no guarantee they will be available in the final iOS 26 release, but there is a likelihood that they will be included.
