The 2025 Chery Tiggo Cross is set to launch in Malaysia soon, with both 1.5 turbo and 1.5 Chery Super Hybrid variants being locally-assembled at Inokom’s Kulim plant.
The Tiggo Cross is positioned as a between-A-and-B-segment SUV, competing against models like the Proton X50, Perodua Ativa, and Honda WR-V.
The 1.5 turbo variant offers 147 PS/210 Nm with a six-speed twin-clutch transmission, while the 1.5 hybrid combines an engine with electric motors for enhanced efficiency and up to 1,000 km of range.
Both variants come with a host of features including ADAS functions, different wheel sizes, and various interior upgrades, making them well-equipped options in the market.
