The updated petrol-powered Mitsubishi Outlander has received retuned steering and suspension, plus new equipment, with all models now being at least $2000 pricier.
The refreshed mid-size SUV will be available for sale from June, but pricing and specifications for the updated Outlander PHEV lineup have not been released yet.
Changes include the discontinuation of the Black Edition and third-row seating in the Exceed and Exceed Tourer, while all petrol variants feature revised front fascia designs and enhanced interiors.
Interior upgrades consist of a larger centre bin, touch-capacitive LED lighting, and a 12.3-inch touchscreen system with wireless connectivity, while a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster is now standard.
The petrol Outlanders now come with Australian-developed steering and suspension packages, as well as updated tires for improved driving dynamics.
The range offers a choice between five- or seven-seat configurations and comes with a naturally aspirated 2.5L four-cylinder engine in front- or all-wheel drive options.
Prices for the 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander start at $39,990 for the ES FWD five-seat variant and go up to $57,990 for the Exceed Tourer AWD five-seat model.
Standard safety features include autonomous emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring, and a five-star safety rating from ANCAP.
The range offers five trim levels, starting from the base ES with LED lighting and touchscreens, to the Exceed Tourer with premium leather seats and a high-end sound system.
Various exterior color options are available for the Outlander, with the Exceed Tourer offering two-tone finishes for a unique look.
The Mitsubishi Outlander lineup comes with a five-year, 100,000km standard warranty, extendable up to 10 years and 200,000km through the dealer network's capped-price service program.
