<ul><li>French luxury design firm, Hermes, will give each of its 19,700 employees a year-end bonus of €4,000 (₹3.5 lakh).</li><li>The bonus comes amid record profits, with fourth-quarter revenues increasing by 23% year on year.</li><li>Hermes is the third-largest brand in luxury fashion, with full-year revenues of €11.6 billion ( ₹1 lakh crore).</li><li>The company will also distribute nearly €1.4 billion to investors via a dividend of €13 per share, up 63% from last year.</li></ul>
