A temporary installation in Busan, South Korea, called 41,415 Straws, is composed of precisely 41,415 plastic straws forming a vibrant, porous volume.Each straw is slotted into custom-fabricated acrylic connectors, allowing the structure to be modular and recyclable.The installation measures 3 meters wide, 2.75 meters high, and 11.4 meters long, creating a dynamic spatial experience as viewers move around it.Designed by A+U LAB, the installation reimagines the use of plastic straws, emphasizing material reuse and spatial experimentation.
