More than 700 Ubisoft staff in France are currently on a three-day strike in response to the worldwide return to office mandate imposed by the company.
The French Video Game Workers Union (STJV) called for the strike, stating that the decision was made without consultation and justification.
The union argues that many employees have built their lives around remote work and cannot return to previous working conditions.
STJV demands include a formal agreement on remote work, increased salaries to compensate for living standards, and improved employee dialogue.
