  • It is acceptable to only list the last two jobs on your resume, especially if older jobs are not relevant to the type of work you are seeking.
  • Combining two positions on a resume is fine if the roles were similar, and it helps to avoid job-hopping concerns.
  • When combining similar roles on a resume, you can list both titles and dates held but combine accomplishments for both.
  • If you don't have a degree, it's okay to leave the education section off your resume or include relevant coursework, if applicable.
  • When you attended college but didn't graduate, you can choose to include your education with or without dates, specifying if no degree was acquired.
  • For a job where you left for a month and then returned, list the job dates accurately on your resume to reflect the break in service.
  • Listing less skilled but current job on a resume can be done under 'Other Experience' if it's not relevant to the positions you are applying for.
