A Delta Air Lines Airbus A330 flight departed from Barcelona headed to New York but had to turn back after being damaged by a hailstorm shortly after takeoff.
Passengers were rebooked on alternate flights after the flight experienced weather-related damage, including a noticeable dent in the plane's nose.
Last year, an Austrian Airlines plane and a previous Delta flight have also faced damages due to flying through severe weather conditions like hailstorms.
The plane safely landed back in Barcelona, with the airline apologizing for the delay caused by the incident.
