Dr. Michael Roizen, a longevity expert, shares six bare minimum things to do to live longer.
These include getting vaccinated, playing brain-training games, eating salmon, walking more, having strong relationships, and taking a multivitamin.
Roizen recommends walking at least 10,000 steps a day, consuming avocado, salmon, and olive oil for their health benefits, nurturing friendships, playing speed-of-processing games like Double Decision and Freeze Frame, taking a multivitamin for stable vitamin levels, and getting a flu shot to potentially prevent dementia.
While research on multivitamins' effectiveness outside study conditions is mixed, Roizen still takes one.
