BOND, the design studio led by Noam Dvir and Daniel Rauchwerger, has transformed a 1,000-square-foot Tribeca Loft in a New York City building.The loft renovation focused on preserving the industrial heritage while infusing a modern, luminous aesthetic.Sightlines were opened up with a glass partition to enhance natural light and maintain a sense of separation.The kitchen, with a 15-foot-long island, serves as the heart of the home and encourages social interaction.
