<ul data-eligibleForWebStory="false"><li>Adani Green Energy Ltd. has allotted 1.08 crore equity shares to Ardour Investment Holding by converting convertible warrants into fully paid-up equity shares.</li><li>The conversion was made against the receipt of the balance subscription amount of Rs 1,110.56 per warrant, totalling over Rs 1,199 crore.</li><li>Adani Green reported a 45% year-on-year increase in its renewable energy generation capacity, with an operational RE portfolio standing at 15,816 megawatts as of June 2025.</li><li>The company achieved a 42% increase in renewable energy sales and the capital raised through the warrant conversion will support Adani Green's long-term growth plans.</li></ul>
