Bengaluru-based AGNIT Semiconductors has raised $3.5 Mn in a seed funding round led by 3one4 Capital and Zephyr Peacock.The funding will be used to promote its chips into volume production in the defence market and expand into consumer-focused use cases.AGNIT Semiconductors specializes in Gallium Nitride (GaN) semiconductor technology and aims to sell 100,000 chips this year.The Indian semiconductor sector is expected to become a $150 Bn market by 2030.
