- Pal believes AI's level of innovation will result in two types of people: those who merge with machines and those who don’t. He thinks investing in blockchain could be the best way to survive the impending all-consuming technological revolution.
- The scarcity of blockchain will make it more important, and Pal predicts that Bitcoin could reach $2.6m by the early 2030s.
- Pal added that blockchain isn't really about money or finance, but about truth. Having a verifiable source of truth will be essential in the world of tomorrow.
- Blockchain can solve a lot of problems without us even realizing they exist, creating a global infrastructure layer in which people can invest.
- Pal suggests that investing in blockchain is like investing in future technologies and use cases built atop layer 1 networks like Bitcoin and Ethereum
- Raoul Pal does not recommend investing in assets other than tech stocks or crypto. He believes that in a digital world, everything goes to zero except for blockchain.
- Pal predicts a Bitcoin high of $2.6m and an Ethereum high of $125,000 by 2034, with the total crypto market cap soaring to $100tn.
- Young people should move towards industries that will be the least impacted by AI. These include the AI industry itself or jobs that will be harder to automate, such as eco-tourism since they are human-centric roles.
- Pal predicts that society will fracture along AI lines, with those that opt for brain implants embedding neural links for enhancement and those that reject AI and remain fully human.
