<ul><li>Ajoy Chawla has been named the next managing director (MD) of Titan Company.</li><li>Chawla has been with Titan for 34 years, starting in various roles before becoming CEO of the jewellery division by October 2019.</li><li>He has a background in strategy, business incubation, and launching new categories like Fastrack sunglasses and Tommy Hilfiger Watches.</li><li>Chawla, an alumnus of IIM Calcutta, will take over from CK Venkataraman as MD from January 1, 2026.</li></ul>
