Alchemy, a healthcare company focused on improving access to medications for underserved populations, has secured $31M in seed funding led by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) Bio + Health.
Alchemy provides infrastructure and technology to build and operate in-house pharmacy programs, primarily serving clinics with large HIV and HCV patient populations.
The funding will enable Alchemy to expand its reach and launch in-house pharmacy programs in 20 states, develop mobile clinic programs, and enhance its digital platform.
By partnering with Alchemy, clinics can increase access to essential medications, improve patient health outcomes, and optimize the financial sustainability of their pharmacy programs.
