Alienware launched new budget-friendly laptops under its Aurora brand, marking the brand's return to laptops after nearly two decades of focusing on desktops.
The new line includes the Alienware 16 Aurora and 16X Aurora models, with the base 16 model starting at $1,150 and offering Intel Core i5 processor, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 GPU, and 8GB of RAM.
The laptops can be customized with up to Intel Core i9 processor, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 GPU, 32GB of RAM, and 2TB of storage. They feature Dolby Audio certification and Cryo-Tech cooling technology.
In comparison, the Alienware Area 51 models are pricier, starting at $3,200, and have higher performance specifications. The new laptops offer a more affordable alternative while maintaining quality features.
