In a recent development, Google announced its intention to potentially remove the apps of 10 companies in India, including prominent ones like Matrimony.com and Info Edge, for allegedly not paying the service fee for utilizing its app store platform in the country.
Responding to this, Info Edge founder Sanjeev Bikhchandani clarified that all dues to Google have been settled promptly, stating, "There are no pending invoices of Google with us. All have been paid in a timely manner."
Despite Google not naming the companies in its blog post detailing the action, reports suggest that Matrimony.com is among those affected.
