The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued warnings for heavy rainfall and snowfall in several states across the country.
A low-pressure area in the Bay of Bengal and two western disturbances in the northwest will bring rainfall and snowfall over the next three to five days.
Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, north coastal Tamil Nadu, and Puducherry are expected to receive heavy rainfall, while other regions will experience light to moderate rainfall.
Cold wave conditions are predicted in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Muzaffarabad, along with dense fog warnings in several states.
