A survey conducted by Blind, an online forum for tech workers, revealed that 91% of 2,585 Amazon professionals are dissatisfied with the new back-to-the-office policy.
Employees expressed concerns about relocation, potential layoffs, and the lack of flexibility in the new policy.
Amazon CEO Andy Jassy believes that the advantages of being together in the office are significant and that it's time to return full-time.
Other tech giants like Apple, Microsoft, Google, and Meta have also made changes to their working practices but currently expect employees to show up at the office for at least two or three days a week.
