A web-based version of Amazon's virtual assistant, Alexa.com, is set to launch no sooner than July 31, as reported by The Washington Post.
The initial launch, previously scheduled for the end of June, has been delayed without a specified reason.
Amazon's spokesperson stated that Alexa.com is not delayed and will be available with Alexa+ Early Access this summer, with the new assistant expected to be more conversational and capable.
Despite facing delays, Amazon reported positive feedback on Alexa+, with plans to expand its availability to more users in the near future.
