Amid the rush of its ongoing Great Indian Festival, Amazon India has launched a digital campaign to combat cyber frauds and scams.
The campaign, named #AapkeHittMeJaari, educates users on safe online transactions, phishing scams, OTP frauds, lottery cons, and hiring rackets.
The campaign includes YouTube Shorts videos that highlight different scams, while providing tips on protecting personal information and identifying impersonators.
In addition to the campaign, Amazon India has introduced a generative AI-powered chatbot, Rufus, to enhance customer experience during the festive sale.
