Ola Electric has partnered with EY India for a service transformation to address after-sales service challenges, customer complaints, and falling sales volumes.
EY will provide advice on streamlining business operations and improving spare parts stocking and inventory management.
Nearly a dozen EY executives have joined Ola Electric on a three-month deputation to manage immediate challenges and set up improved processes and systems.
The move comes after viral images of unused Ola Electric vehicles and a surge in customer complaints, leading to scrutiny and a show cause notice by the Central Consumer Protection Authority.
