<ul><li>President Donald Trump has renominated Andrea Lucas for a new five-year term as the acting chair of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).</li><li>Lucas pledges to restore evenhanded enforcement of employment civil rights laws for all Americans.</li><li>If confirmed, her term will expire on July 1, 2030.</li><li>EEOC would still be without a quorum with only Lucas and Democratic Commissioner Kalpana Kotagal remaining.</li></ul>
