Android phones will soon support Auracast, a new Bluetooth technology that enables a direct connection from hearing aids to audio broadcasts.Auracast allows compatible hearing aids and earbuds to receive direct audio streams in noisy environments.At launch, it will be available on Samsung Galaxy phones with One UI 7 and Google Pixel 9 phones running Android 16 beta.The latest Android 16 beta also introduces new accessibility features and Local Network Protection (LNP) for enhanced control.
