Announcing Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 22635.5305 (Beta Channel)
- Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 22635.5305 (KB5055636) released to the Beta Channel for Windows Insiders on Windows 11, version 23H2.
- Last update to the Beta Channel based on Windows 11, version 23H2; all Beta Channel users to be upgraded to Windows 11, version 24H2 soon.
- Updates going forward will be based on Windows 11, version 24H2, currently available as an optional upgrade for Beta Channel users.
- New profanity filter setting introduced for voice typing with on/off options to control profanity filtering.
- Admins can now allow users to unpin specific apps on the taskbar using the PinGeneration option.
- Fixes to issues in File Explorer, Windows Spotlight, touch keyboard symbols section, and System > About settings.
- Known issue with Xbox Controllers causing PC bugchecks when used via Bluetooth; workaround provided.
- Windows Insiders in the Beta Channel on Windows 11, version 23H2 will receive updates via an enablement package.
- Features in Beta Channel released gradually with Controlled Feature Rollout technology to monitor feedback before full release.
- Active development features may not be fully localized initially; feedback on localization issues requested via Feedback Hub.
