Approximately 50 employees at Apple's Cupertino headquarters have been terminated following an internal investigation into charity donation fraud.
Six former employees have been identified and issued arrest warrants in the Bay Area.
The fraud involved Apple's Matching Grants program, where employees' charitable contributions were matched by the company.
Employees and specific non-profit organizations falsified donations to exploit the program, funneling money back to the employees and violating corporate policies and tax laws.
