Apple Mail: How to show all your emails when using mailbox categories
- Mailbox categorization in Apple’s Mail app on iPhone, iPad, and Mac sorts emails into four distinct categories.
- To view all emails, you can swipe across categories or deselect the current category tile.
- You can also use the More menu and choose List View to display all emails.
- The hidden All Mail tile is barely visible, and the selected category tile is a different color.
