Apple Passwords’ Generated Strong Password Format
- Apple has made changes to its password format to generate stronger passwords.
- The new passwords are easier to type on suboptimal keyboard layouts, contain lowercase characters dominated by syllables.
- The password format has 71 bits of entropy, up from the previous 69 bits.
- The passwords are 20 characters long, contain an uppercase character, lowercase characters, hyphens, and a single digit.
