Apple, in an attempt to strengthen its troubled AI platform, Apple Intelligence, will start analyzing data on users' devices.Currently, Apple uses synthetic data to train its AI models, but this does not always represent real user data accurately.By analyzing device data, Apple aims to determine which synthetic data is closest to real-world information, improving AI model training. The new data-collection method will be implemented in iOS 18.5, iPadOS 18.5, and macOS 15.5, currently running in beta.
