Arbe Robotics, a developer of perception radar systems, has closed its initial public offering (IPO) and expects to bring in around $15 million in gross proceeds.
The company plans to use the net proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes, aiming to empower automakers, suppliers, and various safety applications with advanced sensing.
Arbe Robotics is known for its radar technology, which is 100 times more detailed than other radars on the market, and it sees potential applications in ADAS and autonomous vehicles (AVs).
The IPO was led by institutional investors, including AWM Investment Co., and the aggregate gross proceeds were approximately $15 million, with additional potential proceeds of about $34.4 million from warrants.
