Archstudio completes guesthouse around three trees.
Lei Homestay is a serene guesthouse organized around three cherished family trees in Beijing's North Yangjiaqiao Village.
The building, constructed with laminated timber, balances intimacy and openness, with living areas that open inward to the trees and six guestrooms floating above the street wall.
Reclaimed bricks and prefabricated timber construction were used to create the structure, providing warmth, environmental performance, and a distinctive forest-like dwelling in the rural fabric.
