<ul data-eligibleForWebStory="false"><li>Arisinfra Solutions Ltd, a provider of materials and services for construction and real estate sectors, reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 1.36 crore in the last fiscal's fourth quarter.</li><li>Despite the loss, the company's total income increased to Rs 224.21 crore in the fourth quarter compared to Rs 207.55 crore in the same period the previous year.</li><li>For the entire fiscal, Arisinfra Solutions shifted from a net loss of Rs 18.60 crore in 2023-24 to a net profit of Rs 2.06 crore in 2024-25, with total income rising to Rs 781.98 crore from Rs 702.35 crore.</li><li>Chairman and Managing Director, Ronak K. Morbia, highlighted the company's achievements in transitioning to a listed firm and achieving significant growth in Ebitda during fiscal 2025.</li></ul>
