<ul><li>Avantel, a satellite communications and defense technologies firm, has collaborated with Andhra University, GITAM University, and VRSEC to introduce a two-year MTech programme in signal processing and communication systems.</li><li>The programme offers a monthly stipend of Rs 25,000 to interns and guarantees them a full-time position at Avantel with an annual CTC of Rs 9,00,000 upon completion of the course.</li><li>The curriculum is designed to develop expertise in high-demand skills such as signal processing, secure communication systems, and next-generation wireless technologies.</li><li>The initiative aims to bridge the industry-academia gap and create an industry-ready workforce by blending academic rigour with real-world problem solving.</li></ul>
