B2C commerce startup Wheelocity has raised $15 million in a funding round led by Lightspeed India Partners.The funding will support Wheelocity's expansion plans across 20,000 towns and villages in southern India.Wheelocity aims to reach a user base of 10 million and is building a hybrid online and offline B2C commerce platform.The company currently has a fleet of 1,500 three-wheeler electric vehicles and over 2,000 delivery partners.
