<ul data-eligibleForWebStory="false"><li>Reliance Industries has appointed Biswaroop Mukherjee as the chief human resource officer (CHRO) for its battery business, effective from July.</li><li>Mukherjee will be responsible for shaping the human capital strategy for the battery business, focusing on building a future-ready workforce, sustainability, and innovation in HR practices.</li><li>Prior to this role, Mukherjee was associated with Aker Solutions as vice president – people and transformation, where he focused on driving organisational change and aligning people initiatives with business-transformation goals.</li><li>With an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Mukherjee has extensive HR experience in companies like Tata Motors and Deloitte, and he recently launched a website and a book.</li></ul>
