BMC Collects Record Property Tax Of Rs 6,198 Crore In FY25
- The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) collected a record-high property tax of Rs 6,198 crore in FY25.
- BMC achieved 99.97% of its target of Rs 6,200 crore for property tax collection.
- The G South ward contributed the highest amount at Rs 624.50 crore, followed by K East and K West wards.
- An additional Rs 178.39 crore was collected in the form of fines.
