BNY has reported that 96% of its employees are using the in-house AI platform, Eliza, to serve clients and facilitate company growth.
Initially, 36% of employees adopted the AI platform in fiscal year 2024, with the adoption rate increasing to 96% in the first half of the current year.
BNY CEO Robin Vince anticipates that the investment in AI will yield benefits by allowing employees to focus on higher-value tasks and unlocking company capacity.
Vince highlighted BNY's record sales, with revenue surpassing $5 billion in a quarter for the first time, attributing this success to the bank's transformation and role in global capital markets.
