The company aims to leverage generative AI applications for underwriting, claims handling, customer service, and product development to reduce loss ratios through prediction, prevention, and recovery functions.
AWS services like Amazon Q Developer have improved efficiency by reducing documentation time and accelerating onboarding for bolttech's software development teams, as they expand their presence in 37 global markets.
