Borana Weaves' IPO entered Day 2 with strong retail interest, receiving bids for about 3.15 crore shares against 36,89,457 shares on offer.
The IPO, priced at ₹205-216, is a fresh issue of 67.08 lakh shares, with bids open till Thursday. Retail investors subscribed 24.96 times, non-institutional investors 11.54 times, and QIBs 1.55 times.
The company plans to use ₹71.35 crore from the IPO to establish a new manufacturing facility in Gujarat to boost grey fabric production and meet various corporate expenses.
Borana Weaves, a textile manufacturer specializing in unbleached synthetic grey fabric, operates B2B model with three manufacturing units in Surat. It also produces polyester textured yarn and had 666 employees as of December 31, 2024.
