2K and Gearbox release a new story trailer for Borderlands 4 showcasing The Timekeeper's reign on planet Kairos from Dominion City tower.
The story trailer reveals The Timekeeper as the main antagonist ruling Kairos and his Commanders enforcing his will across the planet.
The trailer follows the gameplay reveal that occurred at the end of April for Borderlands 4.
Players, as Vault Hunters, will confront The Timekeeper and embark on a mission to end his oppressive rule and bring freedom to the planet.
Allies sympathetic to the cause will support the Vault Hunters in determining the planet's future.
Borderlands 4 offers both single-player and four-player co-op modes for exploration, combat against enemies, and weapon discovery.
Gameplay features revamped looting system with Legendaries being rarer and improved accessibility to decent weapons, as loot is instanced for each player.
Pre-orders for Borderlands 4 are now available, with standard version priced at £69.99 and digital deluxe edition at £89.99.
The Super Deluxe Edition, priced at £119.99, includes additional items such as the Ornate Order Pack and the Vault Hunter Pack.
Pre-order bonuses include the Gilded Glory pack containing Vault Hunter, weapon, and Echo-4 drone skins.
Borderlands 4 is set to release on September 12th for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series XS platforms.
