The AI-powered app enables visually impaired users to scan their surroundings, providing voice-based responses and guidance in store aisles.
The solution identifies products and provides details such as pricing, ingredients, nutrition information, and expiry dates, currently enabled for Britannia products.
The pilot, powered by Google Gemini and based on Vertex AI Multimodal Live, aims to improve retail experiences and promote inclusivity.
