  • After entering the details, users will be required to send an OTP to the provided alternate mobile number for verification.

  • BSNL emphasizes on secure, affordable, and reliable SIM card acquisition through its online Self KYC/BSNL delivery system.
  • The initiative aligns BSNL with practices of private telecom operators and aims to provide convenience to customers by facilitating SIM card procurement from their location.
  • BSNL is also actively expanding its 4G and 5G services across India and plans to have 1 lakh 4G sites operational by June 2025.
