Google Cloud has launched an AI agent ecosystem programme and a new AI Agent Space category to help enterprises automate complex tasks, personalise customer experiences and boost operational efficiency. Through the programme, Google Cloud will provide partners with product support, marketing amplification and co-selling options to help them bring AI agents to market more rapidly and access a wider base of customers. Services partners Accenture, Bain, BCG, Capgemini, Cognizant, Deloitte, HCLTech, Infosys, PwC and TCS offer virtual assistants, offer data analytics insights or provide help in streamlining processes.
The ISV talent involved includes Bud Financial, Dun & Bradstreet, FullStory, GrowthLoop, OpenText and Teradata. Google Cloud's AI agent technology contributes natural-language processing, while partners take care of everything from analytics capabilities and multichannel customer service to campaign performance updates and audience optimisation.
Google will provide accelerated agent development to partners through direct access to its engineers, early access to its latest AI technologies and dedicated support for bringing solutions to market quickly via the Google Cloud Marketplace. The offerings will sit on Google Cloud's infrastructure to tailor the AI products for specific businesses.
Marketing amplification and go-to-market programmes will help drive adoption of AI agent solutions through wider promotion activities.
Through AI Agent Space in the Google Cloud Marketplace, customers can easily find and deploy partner-built AI agents.
Service partners will make their AI agents available on AI Agent Space. Meanwhile, ISV partners are leveraging Google Cloud's AI technology, including Vertex AI and Gemini models, to develop cutting-edge AI agent solutions.
