Bybit establishes its European headquarters in Vienna, Austria, after acquiring a license under the European Union's Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA) framework.
The MiCA license allows Bybit to offer services legally across all 29 member states of the European Economic Area.
Bybit plans to create over 100 new jobs in Vienna and collaborate with local universities as part of its expansion into the European market.
Despite a security breach earlier in the year, Bybit has regained market confidence, obtained regulatory approvals, and aims to offer user-centric services across Europe.
