<ul><li>Chinese EV manufacturer BYD has introduced a new battery and charging system.</li><li>The Super E Platform is capable of delivering charging speeds of up to 1 megawatt (1000kW), allowing for a 5-minute charge to replenish up to 400km of range.</li><li>BYD plans to build over 4,000 'megawatt flash charging stations' across China in the future.</li><li>BYD has unveiled its first two electric vehicles, the Han L and Tang L, built on the new Super E Platform.</li></ul>
